This full fat soy flour is made from raw pure, non GMO dehulled soybeans, pale cream in colour with a raw beany flavour and minimal specking. It is suitable for use in bread improvers; for immediate use in bread, pastry and batter manufacture. It is not recommended for dry mixes where generous shelf life provisions are required. These full fat grits are made from steamed pure non GMO dehulled soybeans. Golden brown in colour and contain a percentage of course flour. They have a lightly roasted peanut flavour and are suitable for use in coating and crumbing applications, vegetarian pasta sources, in meat substitute/extender applications, nut substitute/extender applications, mueslis/breakfast cereals, pizza and dessert toppings, fruit/nut bars, in salads, soups and casseroles.
