| Roberts' G.F. Plain Flour | 1 tab | |
| Roberts' Soy Compound | 25g | |
| Water | 250ml | |
| Sugar | 1 tab | |
| Golden Syrup | 2 tabs | |
| Margarine | 1 teas | |
| Vanilla Essence | 3 drops | |
| Cocoa | 2 tabs | |

Mix syrup, sugar and half Soy Compound in a small saucepan and bring to the boil. Mix plain flour and cocoa with the other half of the Soy Compound. Stir in sugar mixture.
Return to saucepan, add margarine and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Simmer for 1 minute whilst stirring. Add essence.
Use more plain flour for a thicker consistency to use as a chocolate spread or mud cake icing. |
