Water
250ml
Roberts Soy Compound
25g
Eggs
1 Whole + 1 Yolk
Sugar
1 1/2 tabs
Vanilla
to taste
Whisk all together until combined and soy compound is dissolved. Pour into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring continuously.
Do not boil.
