CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Roberts' Plain Flour 150g  
Baking Powder 1/4 teas  
Caster Sugar 110g (1/2 cup)
Choc Chips 125g  
Egg, lightly beaten 1  
Butter 150g  

Set oven to 180 degrees.

Grease or paper line 2 biscuit trays.

Sift dry ingredients.

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and beat well. Stir in choc bits.

Add flour and stir thoroughly to combine.

Drop teaspoons of mixture onto prepared trays, allowing room for spreading.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to cool slightly on trays before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

Store in an airtight container.

Makes approx. 24 cookies.
